Inaugurated in 1959, the Golf de Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche is a private club, open exclusively to its members and their guests.
It boasts two internationally renowned championship 18-hole courses.
The clubhouse is housed in a magnificent 18th-century farm, once part of the royal estate of the Château de Versailles.Shortly after its creation, the club hosted the World Championship in 1963, along with other international tournaments featuring the world’s greatest players – most notably, for 34 consecutive years, the Trophée Lancôme, a flagship event on the European Tour.
The Golf de Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche was conceived as a true family club. The original facilities have been enhanced over time, always with respect for their character and heritage.
The Blue and the Red – two championship courses, each measuring 6,300 metres, with greens ranked among the fastest in France.
The courses and practice areas receive the highest level of care, with ongoing improvements to maintain them at the very highest standard.
Beyond its standing in the professional game, Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche has made its mark on the history of golf through its many French Championship titles across all categories.
Generations of players have followed one another here, ensuring the club’s future for years to come.
